If I could give zero stars, I would!! We bought a used car for our 18 year old daughter. The car had some major converter problems, that just happened to “”show up”” after we purchased the vehicle. The salesman knew there was something wrong with the vehicle before we bought it and did not reference the work needed, refused to help with the repair, saying it was on a as is warranty. I understand that, but with having the vehicle less than a week, some sort of compensation would have been nice, you could have offered to help with the costly repair, even half the cost would have been helpful or refund the money to go towards a different car. We had both a car repair man and a friend from a different dodge dealership reach out to Keith to ask for some help, both were told no!!! Keith in the used car sales department and the owner, Jim acted like they cared, so much for looking out for our daughter’s safety!! Absolutely awful salesmanship!!! Please, PLEASE do not go to this dealership, so many other honest salesmen that will appreciate your business and not leave you with a broken car and costly repairs!!! Beware if you do decide to purchase from this dealership. Awful awful experience 😞 More
