Diagnosis was done within a couple hours. Waited for parts to come in. Once parts arrived they got my vehicle back in and completed the repair within 24 hrs. No issues as of now. Very bad experience with service . I ended up trading my ram off because they told me to drive my truck after it was diagnosed with hemi internal problem till they could get me in what I ended up trading my ram off because they told me to drive my truck after it was diagnosed with hemi internal problem till they could get me in what they call heavy shop after i stated i don't think i should because of the warranty on it. The adviser stated they hadn't any cars to drive and it was was past that point that it would not matter .I was told per Chrysler if motor had shaving in a certain spot in motor it would need replaced (per Chrysler) .so inspector from insurance came and confirmed it needed replaced. Insurance then stated they would not replace motor because i drove it for a week untill it was torn apart. So friendly replaced cam and lifters and (cleaned out motor) and said it was good and i would have bo troubles with the truck. I went to get the truck around back and it was winning loud so i took it up front and told them.they took it in back and said it would be fine it had been sitting and mechanic fixed it. Bext morning had same sound! Took it back and they said it needed new belt and idler pully. They said i had to pay the truck started smoking every start up and my millage went from 18+ down to 11+ after that and then found out the service advisor had walked out and no one said they could help me and insurance said the problem was there from when i got it so frankenmouth credit union insurance and Jim Frendly would not take care of the problem and said if i wanted a new motor for$10.000 thats what they could do. Truck was traded off and i lost $10,000 in what it was worth .and i even have it on messages from the guy that this happened. Beware! More
