I had my cabin filter and car filter replaced in August, 2021 & December, 2021. Took my RAV4 in for a recall on the battery installation on February 26, 2022. Once I entered into the service garage, greeted by Michael very professional and escorted me to the service agent that was handling my maintenance paperwork which was TJ. TJ very professional in going over my service order, very knowledgeable with all aspects of maintenance that was going to be done on my SUV and explained everything to me along with the cost, plus talked to me about if other issued arises he would talk to me before any cars work performed. TJ also said explained to me that my next maintenance service is major 60,000 miles and what all is required which was good so I would know ahead what the specter price would be without having surprises. As I waited in the service lounge I noticed how all the service agents work as a team, Sha service manager was out there to assist any service agent when needed. The service department staff wore mask, maintained the social distancing while ensuring their customers still received the best customer service. 100% great service! More
