I spent almost 30 years of employment in the automotive industry with the last 10 years of that being involved with complete dealership management evaluation. I have been very impressed each time I visit with regards to Cody and as well others I have met in sales and finance departments. Cody is the type of person that I would have noted and then passed along his way of customer satisfaction/communication abilities to other organizations I dealt with. I am now retired but I still notice those types of things everywhere I go. Thank you! More
Their long term service plans are a sham. I had a popped tire, so I drove to the dealership on a spare to get it fixed. I am part of the "tires-for-life" which they advertise as 'general wear I had a popped tire, so I drove to the dealership on a spare to get it fixed. I am part of the "tires-for-life" which they advertise as 'general wear and tear' repair. It wasn't until I came in and they stuck me with the bill for a new tire that I realized 'general wear and tear' doesn't mean popped or tires with nails in them, it means just basic wear. The catch? I came in for 5 consecutive years multiple times to make sure I was compliant, getting them rotated and aligned (which I paid for) even when they really didn't need it since I don't drive many miles. The one time I really needed it, they stiffed me. They wouldn't take off the $138 dollars. The irony of this story, is about a month before I had a call from their sales department asking to buy my vehicle because I kept it in good shape and of course they knew this because I have been a loyal customer. This just happened so I'm pretty hot about it, but I doubt my opinion will change much over time. I'm am aware that someone may read this and think that I didn't read my contract, but I assure you I did. The legalese involved needs an attorney to get through, so... lesson learned I guess. More

Great service experience at Jim Norton Cody Clay did a great job of scheduling my service, ordering the part I needed, and then communicating with me and letting me know my part was in, and Cody Clay did a great job of scheduling my service, ordering the part I needed, and then communicating with me and letting me know my part was in, and I could come in anytime and get it fixed. Great Experience with Service Department We liked that we were able to get an appointment a couple of hours from the time we called in to the dealership. Bryan Burdette was personable and explained the problem and solution very well. We were pleased to get a recall item done also and in a very short amount of time. This recall item was something that, according to our local dealership back home, was going to take the better part of a day and no loaner vehicle would be provided. Jim Norton Toyota saved us a day! What price can you put on that? The waiting area was comfortable and the cafe was wonderful with complimentary beverages and cookies. If you're going to encounter vehicle trouble on the road, you're in for a pleasant experience at Jim Norton Toyota! We are still pretty amazed at how well everything turned out. Thank you for taking such good care of us! It is quite apparent that customer service is a top priority at your dealership. We will spread the word! More
service that the vehicle comes back with more problems I dropped my vehicle off on Monday to get a few things fixed my gas gauge wasn't working correctly, the hydraulic door opener broke off, and my radio I dropped my vehicle off on Monday to get a few things fixed my gas gauge wasn't working correctly, the hydraulic door opener broke off, and my radio doesn't work 80% of the time, and also a oil change and tire rotation. Well on Friday I went to pick up my vehicle and I go to drive off and my truck has the gas light on because there is no gas. I had to stop and get some gas. Then sunday i get in the vehicle to go to church and the check engine light and 4 other warning light comes on. Now I have to take time out of my day to go drop the vehicle. This is not the first time this has happened. More
