Get everything off of your existing car that you have added yourself. I went to Jim Norton, had a GREAT experience, did NOT plan on leaving with a new car, but I did. I JUST added a bike hitch to my existing 2015 Highlander and I can't get it back for my 2017 Highlander. So, before you even go to look and possibly leave with a new vehicle, take off anything you have personally added to your vehicle before you go trading it in for an upgrade. Very upset I can't retrieve the feature that I personally added. More

Long experience with them I bought my 2008 Toyota Prius from this dealership and have been there for all maintenance. Just returned for my 140,000 mile service. My service rep was cordial and the service was prompt. The dealership is a very comfortable place in which to wait. I have never had a problem and happily recommend both the car and the dealership. Two Year Service Visit I had a very good experience. Was met promptly by a friendly young lady who showed me to my service agent. good experience This was my first service visit with my new car for a 10,000 mile service. It was a good visit which started with the greeting from the check in lady This was my first service visit with my new car for a 10,000 mile service. It was a good visit which started with the greeting from the check in lady when I drove into the service area. The Service Advisor checked my car in and he even fixed a minor issue with a mirror before sending my car back to the Technicians. My car was serviced within the estimated time.
