Mike Bowers in the service department is such a pleasure to work with! I schedule appointments ahead through him. He is always friendly, courteous and professional to work with. I was at the service department today and was to him as a service manager. I agree with the previous review. I just went to the service department for a nitrogen top-off for my tires and he wanted to charge service manager. I agree with the previous review. I just went to the service department for a nitrogen top-off for my tires and he wanted to charge me $50 which others give it for free. Besides, the nitrogen was filled at the dealership when I purchased the vehicle. I’m not sure if he is a manager or a service adviser. I ask to talk to the manager and he said he is the manager. If Jim Norton will not do anything with his dealings, more and more customer will be moving to another dealership. More

We originally went in to have some recall work done on our 2018 highlander. While waiting we walked around the lot and were approached by Ethan. He was extremely courteous and took the time to show us aro our 2018 highlander. While waiting we walked around the lot and were approached by Ethan. He was extremely courteous and took the time to show us around even though we told him we weren’t there to buy but wouldn’t mind having our vehicle appraised anyway. While looking at cars my fiancée fell in love with a 2020 highlander platinum and while we waited for Ethan to grab the keys for a test drive that’s when we met Grant. He checked on us to make sure we were getting taken care of and chatted for a while. It was a great first impression! Long story short we were offered a great deal on the car and even kept our payments the same. Both Ethan and Grant made the whole process easy and painless. We never felt pressured and even left to get lunch before deciding. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and when we need a new vehicle we will be sure to come back. More
