We came in to have mud flaps put on our new vehicle. When we check in, we ask them to please wash the vehicle prior to installation because we live on a dirt road and it was muddy. When we went inside to the service department, we asked the same thing. They installed the mud flap right over the dirt. They offered to wash the vehicle after installation when we pointed it out. But the dirt is still under the mud flaps. We normally have very good service from them, but this time we did not. We are a multi vehicle purchaser from this dealership, so this is not our first trp.
