On June 1st I took my RAV4 in for an oil change at 845am. I was told it would be one hr for the service to be completed. At 908am I received a phone call trying to sell me a cabin filter for my car, which I I was told it would be one hr for the service to be completed. At 908am I received a phone call trying to sell me a cabin filter for my car, which I declined. I was told I would receive another call when my car was complete, which I never did. At 1045 I went back to the counter to check on the status of my car. I was then told that my car was ready and had been ready. There were two girls at the counter and one said “that’s who I tried calling for you.” NOONE called me, or texted me. She called the wrong number. I have a 618 area code and she called 918. I find it rather suspicious that the number can be called correctly when attempting to sell me more services but not to let me know my car was ready. This is ridiculous. Then to make matters worse, the boy/kid whoever it was that went to retrieve my car, either A) needed to shower or B) farted in my car; stunk my car up so bad I had to drive home with my windows down. This is in acceptable. I would have gone back in that day to complain but I had already been there for WAY TOO LONG and needed to get home to my toddler and husband. More
This is my second vehicle from Jim Norton, and I have been completely impressed from my first visit to the facility. I did not repurchase from my hometown due to the lack of service and it was a great de been completely impressed from my first visit to the facility.
