Appointment that was made was canceled due to a mistake on the dealerships end, my VIN was tied to another customers vehicle due to a clerical error, it took 2 hours for an oil change, and then I was charg on the dealerships end, my VIN was tied to another customers vehicle due to a clerical error, it took 2 hours for an oil change, and then I was charged $105 before I had to remind the service desk that I had the mainaintence plan.
