I called several days in a row and left messages and did not receive a call back! I don’t feel like this is acceptable! Another lady that answered the phone tried to look at my ticket to see if it was ready not receive a call back! I don’t feel like this is acceptable! I believe it would be helpful to have better communication with the customer while your vehicle is in service. I was trying to coordinate getting there to pick it up as I don’t live in Tulsa! More
