I called several days in a row and left messages and did not receive a call back! I don’t feel like this is acceptable! Another lady that answered the phone tried to look at my ticket to see if it was ready not receive a call back! I don’t feel like this is acceptable! Another lady that answered the phone tried to look at my ticket to see if it was ready or where we were on it but said she only had access to scheduling and couldn’t see where it was at! I believe it would be helpful to have better communication with the customer while your vehicle is in service. I was trying to coordinate getting there to pick it up as I don’t live in Tulsa! More
