Service advisor wasn’t good at keeping customer informed. Part was supposed to be in on his day off but didn’t make it. Called him later in the afternoon the next day and he had to go find out what was going Part was supposed to be in on his day off but didn’t make it. Called him later in the afternoon the next day and he had to go find out what was going on. He said no one told him the part didn’t arrive. It’s his responsibility to keep up with his service customers work orders and make sure he knows what is going on, inform the customer, and not wait for the customer to have to call to see what is going on with their vehicle. While purchasing the car Daniel was great! I highly recommend him! When I called to check on paperwork with the finance area (not Daniel), I was not pleased with the interaction and even felt I highly recommend him!
