Finally addressed my faulty sensor and made it right. Originally wasn’t going to replace my sensor due to “damage” but there was no damage. They made it right and replaced it for free/warranty work. I buy a tacoma on friday midday, it still has to be detailed and reconditioned, finally on Thursday I get a call that it will be done at 6pm, we'll I get there and they hadn't even started to detail i detailed and reconditioned, finally on Thursday I get a call that it will be done at 6pm, we'll I get there and they hadn't even started to detail it yet, after 830 they finally deliver my truck, the interior detail was definitely half-asked, didnt get under or behind seats, still trash and candy and dog hair inside, the cabin air filter had mold growing on it. they didn't even clean the engine bay, the power steering pump only had about an ounce of fluid, the motor oil is overfilled by at least twice the amout it supposed to have, a headlight was missing peices that I had to replace, the dealer didn't have them, I will never step foot on their lot again More

The service dept (including Josh) has assisted me with knowledge of what my car needs are and what is coming up next ti in for service is top notch.
