Zoua was absolutely amazing! She turned a frustrating situation with a different sales person and made my purchase into a wonderful experience. I loved her analogy of buying a car is like choosing a spouse, she wants her customers to still be happy and in love 5 plus years from now. Alex in the finance department worked to get me the best rate! I truly felt as if Zoua and Alex were going before me to get me the best deal and make this as simple as possible. In today’s world finding someone with a heart to serve is rare, but both Zoua and Alex are of a very rare breed! I’m so appreciative to both of them. More
