Third car we have purchased here. Will be the last. Things have significantly changed. The finance department is deceptive They overcharged us outrageously fir things we didn't want Will be the last. We asked for copies of all paperwork, but only got most of it on a flash drive. Had me sign an electronic device so I couldn't see what I was signing. Things were not explained. Sales rep Isaias Arias was great to work with. However, his finance department did not listen to instructions or requests and the bill of sale did not reflect what Isaias and I agreed on. The purchase happened on a Saturday but had to conclude on a Tuesday due to the finance department changing its mind on letting my son be included on the finance agreement. Also, they did not finance my sales tax as requested. The finance department needs to listen better and not worry about extra paperwork in closing a sale. More
