Finally talk to him, said Jim Norton Accounting Dept. takes 3 weeks to process the refund back my money. decided to dispute this charges on my credit card. Beware of Buying Extended Warranty. on the dealership. I bought 3 cars at Jim Norton since 2003 never had this worst experience, especially to your finance manager doesnt even care and promised my money will be refunded this week. More
