I’m not happy with customer service. I have been trying to get answers concerning my GAP Cancellation since Jan this is almost April. After driving 2 hrs to speak with someone face to fa I have been trying to get answers concerning my GAP Cancellation since Jan this is almost April. After driving 2 hrs to speak with someone face to face, Mr Burns has been updating me that he still has no answers. I contacted TFS and was told the check was issued in Dec, I have never received it. Personally I feel they just don’t want to give up the refund. More
I appreciate your promptness in check in, your courtesy and quick oil change and tire rotation. But you end the experience with a "free car wash" that leaves your car totally dripping with water all over and quick oil change and tire rotation. But you end the experience with a "free car wash" that leaves your car totally dripping with water all over the exterior, leaving all windows and rear view mirrors with water spots. All the bug juice was left on the front windshield. I don't know if the blower was broken but not a good way to send you off. More
