Purchased a used car in June '09. Car is a push button start but still requires keys for trunk and glove box. They sent me home without keys and advised me to purchase them and they would refund the cost. start but still requires keys for trunk and glove box. They called me at the end of July (7 weeks after the purchase) and stated they found a car after I had already purchased new ones. It is now August and I have not received the key they found nor have I received the $200 refund as promised. BTW - the car has been in the repair shop approximately 7 times with engine problems. I would suggest looking somewhere besides Jim Norton Toyota when considering a vehicle purchase. More
