It took me 5 months (yes, 5 months) to show up on the lot and purchase my car. Through my numerous emails and questions, Justin was responsive, professional, and patient. He answered my questions and it was unlike him not to respond in a timely manner. When we finally met, he was pleasant and he didn't change his tune once I arrived (what he agreed to in email, he agreed to in person). He was also knowledgeable about all the new electronics they have in these cars!?! More

I am so pleased with my experience at Jim Norton. My wife and I went there on a whim to look at the RAV4 . My first vehicle purchase from here was so pleasant I couldn't beleive our experience this time. I met Frank upon arrival and immediately felt at ease. He was very attentive, patient, and discerning. He even waited for us after the dealership closed to deliver our vehicle. Thomas in finance was just as helpful. He very patiently explained the warranty and walked us through the video about the warranty. Even though the dealership was closing, he also did not rush the process or us.I know this is wordy, but I am so beyond pleased that I don't feel I can adequately express my gratitude. More

Really- Since my wife is not comfortable to drive in Tulsa, and I'm out of state, My mom took her there, she cannot drive Tulsa either. So had her friend drive them. So they went "Out of their way to test drive the car with them drive it to Claremore. My wife is comfortable to drive from there the rest of the way home. So they set it up to drive the car to Claremore and get a ride back to Jim Norton Toyota- so we would be able to take the car homne! How great was that! Thanks again. Layman and Agnes More

I came in with very specific guidelines about what I wanted in a car within a certain amount of money, and he tried with everything in him to get to where I would purchase my car - and I did! It was slightly higher than what I intended, but I got a newer, fully loaded car that I wasn't planning on getting for only about 500 dollars more than what I planned. Justin did an amazing job. I would refer anyone to him at any time to purchase a car! Nick was also great. He was helpful and knew his profession well. I would recommend either of them at any time to my family and friends. I brought my '98 4Runner in for a typical repair. The exterior hatch handle is made of plastic. It cracked and then broke so the hatch will not open. I asked them if they can fix it. The guy said they can fix ANYTHING, they are the dealer. They charge me $100 to look at it and then tell me its going to be expensive, but they promise to apply the $100 to my repair bill if I get it fixed. As an example, the service guy tells me that last week a 2004 Sequoia was repaired with the same problem and it cost around $300. After looking at my handle for an hour, they shoot me a repair estimate of around $980. I feel like I just got robbed of $100. I should have asked them if they WANTED to fix my hatch handle....because its obvious that they do not. I ordered the part for $66 from another dealer and I'll install it myself. Sure wish I had never paid JIM NORTON TOYOTA any money at all. More
