Wow! This place just keeps getting better & better. I picked up my car on Saturday. Once again I worked with Cody and he was truly professional, apologetic and awesome to deal with. My husband received a call this morning from Christie (?) the Customer Relations Manager from JNT. She tried to explained they fixed my car via process of elimination to try to keep from having to replace the oil pump. I guess things got lost in translation from the time my husband spoke with her until I was able to talk with him so I called her myself. After working in customer service myself for 27+ years I identified myself when she answered. This VERY RUDE lady advised "she didn't speak with my husband that she spoke with me and I indicated it wasn't a good time because I had patients". I explained to her she OBVIOUSLY had me confused with someone else because my husband is disabled and again - I work in customer service so it DEFINITELY was not me she spoke with. She decided at that point that she may have me confused with someone else! GEEZ! I still love my Toyota vehicles but I can assure you I will drive to Muskogee or Joplin before I ever purchase another vehicle or have service performed by JNT.

Purchased a used car in June '09. Car is a push button start but still requires keys for trunk and glove box. They sent me home without keys and advised me to purchase them and they would refund the cost. More
