Josh was wonderful! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and was very patience with us. Honestly, I remember looking in the rear view mirror and thinking "That guy can hold his own with my husband and be so relaxed and talked to us both like we knew him forever". Maybe none of this makes sense and maybe it was just a feeling but whatever it is...he has it! It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had and would not hesitate to send friends and family his way. I posted on my various social media accounts the next day and gave his name, number and dealership because he was that nice. Curiosity pulled me in to check the trade-in value of my '08 Avalon Limited. Much to my surprise, the dealership was willing to offer me a little more than half of its '08 purchase price. That opened the door to seeing what it could cost to upgrade from my '08 to a brand new '12 model. Salesman Thomas Hector asked me several questions and then quickly came up with a perfect new car for me. It had been sitting in inventory for too long and Jim Norton Toyota was willing to greatly minimize its profit margin to move it off their lot and into my garage. Throughout the visit, Thomas showed himself to be well informed, more than helpful without ever crossing over into "pushy," and quite efficient. He even insisted that I program his personal cell number into my phone so I could easily reach him quickly at any time with questions about my new car. Then I went into Mike David's office to discuss financing and service plans. This is an area I usually find tedious and fraught with high pressure, but Mike smoothly discussed my various options, ably demonstrated how much money I could save in the long run with particular plans and his genuine warm personality made the process satisfying. I already know from four years of experience that the service department will deliver in spades on every promise and expectation, so my new Avalon will, like its predecessor, still be in the best possible shape and maximum value when I'm ready for another trade-in in a few years. More

I even liked the Sales Manager and Business Manager, but it was Josh that met me at the door, walked me around the dealership, brought each vehicle to the door for me to check out, answered my questions at 9pm and sat with me while they were detailing my car. I've always dreaded car buying in the past but my experience at Jim Norton completely changed my opinion. Simply put, they will be the first (and likely last) place I go for my next car purchase. Josh was extremely thorough from beginning to end and he did not rest until he met the price I needed. He even spent time after the sale was completed helping me get the bluetooth set up in my new truck. I had already looked at Chevy's and Ford's when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle and one of my possible choices was a Toyota Rav4. Brandon's work was cut out for him with me , I have left dealership ready to purchase a new vehicle and one of my possible choices was a Toyota Rav4. Brandon's work was cut out for him with me , I have left dealerships not ever going back because of the salesman and/or service.He was great with all my questions and no pressure and I went home with the all the info to decide what color, motor, and package I wanted.I called him the next morning and he located the exact one I wanted, and within an hour or so, I was on my way back to buy the Rav4. Mike also made sure I had every choice and the info to make a good financing decision. They gave me a car until mine arrived, and even with a couple 'bumps in the road', they were great to deal with and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle and buying experience. Excellent customer service received from everyone we spoke with. Very knowledgeable, listened to our requests, answered all questions and showed us the exact vehicle we wanted.
