We were given the opportunity to borrow the Prius for a day which helped us believe its claims for mileage as well as comfort and space. We needed that additional time to get to know the car that a test dr day which helped us believe its claims for mileage as well as comfort and space. We needed that additional time to get to know the car that a test drive just would not have accomplished. Although we were not intending to buy new at this time, we took some time to crunch the numbers and saw how we could make this work for our family. We appreciated the patient, kind, professional manner of all involved, and are pleased with the product. We have now had the car a little less than a month and have saved over $200 in gas already. We took it on a family trip and found it to be comfortable for four. The air conditioner works well, even in the extreme heat, and our fuel savings helped us enjoy the trip even more. With aging parents and family illness, our trips will continue to become more numerous. Knowing we can make a trip for less money makes those difficult passages in life less of a strain. For my 60th birthday I treated myself to a new Tacoma. Dain greeted my son and I as we browsed the parking lot. He showed us the FJ, Tundra and Tacoma, and after test driving the FJ and Tacoma, I knew I Dain greeted my son and I as we browsed the parking lot. He showed us the FJ, Tundra and Tacoma, and after test driving the FJ and Tacoma, I knew I wanted the Taco if the price was right. This is were Joe helped out. My son knew Joe from college so we knew we would not get a BS deal. My BMW trade-in had to be appraised, Joe needed to work up the numbers, and I needed to run an errand for a couple of hours. So they had me take the Tacoma, which I knew was going to make it hard not to buy. When I came back, we talked price, and struck a deal. I feel the price was fair, even though letting me use the vehicle for two hours had already sealed the deal. Now I had a little more than an hour before my birthday party, so they got me financed, fueled up, and ready to go in time. They even had a birthday card on my steering wheel when I got in the Taco to leave. This was a great buying experience with a couple of great guys. ... I bought my new 2012 Toyota Corolla on July 28th. It was a result of my 2006 Corolla being totaled in a wreck - a car I had paid off completely at the beginning of the year. Even though the circumstances were not the best Dain and Zack made the experience very enjoyable. Dain made picking my new Corolla very easy and fun. He was able to sit with me and determine which options were important to me in a car and what my price range was. With his iPad he was able to show me the car package I was describing down to the color and style. He made it very clear he was not going to stick me in something just to make a sale - he wanted me to be pleased with my purchase. He exceeded my expectations with his service. Once in the financing office Zach was able to clearly and effectively explain the vehicle's financing options - from extended warranties to add-ons to help ensure coverage of care for my new purchase. I work in the finance industry so I have a high standard to begin with, but Zach is very knowledgable and personable and exceeded my expectations. I am sure the other employees within the financing are just as great, but I would actively recommend him to my friends and family (I can say the same of Dain). Overall, the next time I am in the market for another car (or additional one) Jim Norton will be at the top of my list. Toyota already hooked me with their quality, but this experience leaves me with little doubt that I will most likely be a Toyota customer for life.
