When we were in the market for a new car, everyone we knew told us Jim Norton Toyota was the best and they were right. We had first emailed in for a quote on a new Corolla and Richard had emailed us back knew told us Jim Norton Toyota was the best and they were right. We had first emailed in for a quote on a new Corolla and Richard had emailed us back right away even though it was almost 11pm at night! We decided to go in and test drive a couple of Camry's and ended up with a 2011 with 7,000 miles. I love it! They told us the best deal they could make on the car, which is the same they offered another couple who were looking at it. Luckily we bought it first. :) The sales manager, Ramey, was very nice and so was Thomas who was the finance manager. Overall we had a great experience and would definately buy here again. More

I called the Dealer ship and asked if they had any Scion XB's in stock and Jim Cobb informed me that they did so I told him that I was on my way to look at the XB. I was greeted immediately and asked if XB's in stock and Jim Cobb informed me that they did so I told him that I was on my way to look at the XB. I was greeted immediately and asked if I need help when I arrived. I asked for Mr. Cobb. I greeted warmly and I told Jim that wanted to test drive the XB and XD. Jim was not a pushy or overbearing salesman he was friendly and very informative when I had a question about the vehicle. I drove the XB the XD and the Yaris. I decided on the XD Release 4.0 Pearl. Mike David took over and was very nice and friendly as well. I purchased the extended warranty, the Gap Insurance and then Window Etching. I am very excited about my new automobile and would definitely recommend Jim Cobb and Mike David to anyone I know interested in purchasing a new vehicle. More

***If I gave negative 5 stars for their Customer Relations Manager Christie Pena and +5 stars for Cody Clay - this dealership/service dept averages 1 star at best!*** Took my vehicle in on 7/18 Relations Manager Christie Pena and +5 stars for Cody Clay - this dealership/service dept averages 1 star at best!*** Took my vehicle in on 7/18/11 for repair and paid in excess of $1600 ($1200 of which was labor). 3 weeks later on 8/8/11 I had to return for the SAME PROBLEM that was supposedly repaired. On 8/31/11 I had to return a 3rd time for the SAME PROBLEM to which I was advised it was something TOTALLY different and would be another $980+ to fix (of which only $191 was the part the rest was labor). Worked with rep named Cody who in turn went to the service manager to advise of the situation. Had the mechanic diagnosed and repaired my car correctly the first time I would not be incurring another almost $800 in labor charges. The service manager agreed and advised they would repair it for the price of the part only. I truly appreciate this gesture but it reflects VERY POORLY on the mechanics and the quality of work they perform. I'm not sure how this repair is going to solve the problem because the car had an oil leak. The first 2 times it was gaskets/seals, this time it is a warped oil pump. Since my oil pump is in my oil pan I can't figure out how the oil is leaking from the car onto the driveway instead of back into the oil pan - but they are the professionals and they know best!????! The ONLY reason I took my car to JNT for service is because my husband purchased a car from them and that's where he has all his work done. I should have known when he had to return with the SAME PROBLEM on 5 different occasions that my situation wouldn't turn out any differently(his car was not properly repaired until we had Toyota headquarters involved. I'm sure the service dept chose to bandage the problem in hopes the warranty would run out so we could pay full price for the proper repair.) More
