Robert was extremely busy when we walked in. He was actually helping some of our family members, however took the time out to acknowledge us. I was very pleased! Thomas is a great guy. I would recommend anyone and everyone to him. My husband and I had been briefly looking for a new car for me. He showed us a 2010 Toyota Corolla and on our test drive, Thomas went with us to pick up my old jeep for a trade in. Less than a mile away from the dealership the Jeep broke down. I called for a tow truck and offered to take Thomas back but he said he was ok with staying with us. Three hours later the tow truck came. During that three hours my husband and i got to really know Thomas. During the wait he really kept us in a good mood. He is very personable and whenever you talk to him you just know he really does care and wants to help the customer in any way possible. After a full day of helping us and being stuck with us we bought the Toyota and haven't regretted it. We will definitely be who we go to for our next vehicles. More
