I was interested in a new truck and actually had one that I was interested in at another dealer. I mentioned this to a friend (Chris Williams, Owner of Executive Auto Detail) and he said that I was wasting m I was interested in at another dealer. He made the call and his contact put me in touch with Rod Rayl and I had the best experience that I have ever had in making a purchase like the one I made. Not one time, in my two visits to Jim Norton during this purchase did I feel out of place or pushed into something that I wasn't interested in. So the reason why I put "5"'s across the board is that you would be crazy to but a car from another dealer. my experience at jim norton toyota was great I had never been to a toyota dealership before untill a friend of mine insisted that i check out the tundra trucks since i was looking and i liked his truck i th been to a toyota dealership before untill a friend of mine insisted that i check out the tundra trucks since i was looking and i liked his truck i thought i would look but i have always bought a cheveolet products i figured thats what i would get in the end . well as the story goes i went to a toyota dealership by the broken arrow expressway and looked at the trucks and i liked them but no one would help me so i drove to 91st and memorial knowing there was alot of car lots out there and there was another toyota dealership named jim norton not ever being there i looked at the trucks and my son really liked a silver one that was there it was late at night so i called my friend and he said that he would call the salesperson that sold him his truck at jim norton and she would take good care of me well i was surprised ( at that time) that he knew who had sold him his truck since i had never had known who sold all the previous cars i had bought in the past i must say that laura morse has made the experience of buying a truck fun she was straight forward and honest and very helpful showing options on the truck and answering all of mine and my sons questions ( there was a lot ) we say hi when we take our truck to get the oil changed and she sends us e-mails to make sure our truck is running great and updatess us on what is going on at jim norton I will be a longtime customer now and recommond jim norton and laura to all my friends my son and i just went on a road trip to florida and the truck was great. thanks walter meisenheimer More
