There was no high pressure sales pitch, he showed us the features and let us test drive the car, then he made us a deal and let us think about it awhile. After we decided to purchase the care he ntroduced us to Thomas Wood the business manager who was also very helpful and courtious he got us the best finaning and sold us an exended warranty I also thought we needed. To begin, Toyota makes a superior vehicle. For the last 5 years, Jim Norton provided service on our 2000 Toyota RAV4. Their waiting area in the dealership is extraordinary.
