I’m not really a “feedback” type of person but when you come across that type of person that makes you feel as a valued customer and provides incredible service, I feel that they should be recognized. I have been looking for a 2012 3.8 genesis coupe white with a manual transmission and black leather interior with very low miles at the right price. After looking for several months I found it at Jim Norton Toyota located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I sent an email asking for information and within an hour I received some info from Laura Morse. She was the perfect sales associate not using high pressure type tactics. I live in Florida and while exchanging emails back and forth she never forced the issue that people are constantly driving or inquiring about the vehicle so I need to make a decision quickly. This has happened to me before with other out of state inquires. Having received all the info I asked for I decided to call Laura. Laura was extremely friendly energetic and very informative on the genesis and told me that I would be very happy with the car because it’s in beautiful shape. After making the decision to go for the purchase, Laura volunteered to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. The car was parked inside the show room all so beautiful just waiting for me to bring it home. The weather outside was terrible heavy rains and strong winds. Laura walked me over to the business center and introduced me to manager Nick Jones. Nick was fantastic, extremely polite, and very professional. He is a very knowledgeable person who loves cars and takes pride in his job. After all the paper work was completed I jumped in the genesis and started the drive back to Florida. As I mention above the weather was terrible from the start. Laura was concerned as I was leaving and had followed up with an email that night. Now what kind of sales associate would follow up with a customer to this extend. I tell you, only one who cares and enjoys their job. Thank you Laura More

This is our 4th Prius. We have enjoyed each one but this one has everything we wanted from the start but was not offered yet. The electronic driver seat and the moon roof was hard to give up when we traded one has everything we wanted from the start but was not offered yet. The electronic driver seat and the moon roof was hard to give up when we traded in our Camry but we like the added milage that came with the Prius. Everyone was extremely helpful. Since we have bought so many cars from Jim Norton, I teasingly asked if we could get Macadamian Nut cookies this time and they actually asked someone if it was possible. They did bend over backwards to make our day a good one. More

I have dealt with Jim Norton before & was very pleased so that is why I went back when I decided to purchase a new Camry. I thought I had a wonderful experience that last time, but working with R pleased so that is why I went back when I decided to purchase a new Camry. I thought I had a wonderful experience that last time, but working with Robert Blocker & Zach Pinney made this experience exceptional! Robert was available when I needed him, he took the extra steps to bring the Camry that I wanted to the Jim Norton lot and I have had nothing but pure pleasure driving my new Camry & I couldn't have done it without Robert's & Zach's help! The dealership closed at 7pm but Robert stayed with me until almost 8pm to make sure I was comfortable driving my new Camry and I thought I was, so I stopped by the grocery store on my way home & when I came back out, I couldn't get my car to start. I called Robert around 8:30 for help & he answered his cell & very politely told me to put my foot on the brake & that was all he had to say, I will never forget to do that again! Overall, I would recomend Jim Norton & ask for Robert Blocker, to anyone, whether they are looking for a Toyota or not, I think Robert could convince them Toyota is the way to go!! More
