Blake patiently let me load my grandbabies (and their car seats) into a Highlander and 4Runner, driving them all around till I could make a decision between the two. The Jim Norton dealership was the 3rd one my wife and I visited on the first day of our search for a Camry to replace the vehicle that she had just sold (yes she was determined to have a Camry). Joshua saw us checking out cars and asked if we had been helped by anyone so he was the first contact for us. I have to say he was the perfect representative for the dealership, he's so open and friendly and just seems like somebody you can trust. I did not tell him then but the car we finally bought is one that he first recommended to us and my wife loved it immediately. I of course convinced her to visit other dealers and drive other cars, which we did. But we wound up back at Jim Norton Toyota with Joshua.
