Great buying experience! We received a very fair trade-in value of our used car and the final price of the new vehicle was very fair as well. Josh has been extremely helpful during my recent purchase of a Volkswagen Jetta. I am located 1100 miles from the dealership and I was not sure that the advertised vehicle would meet my needs. Josh was extremely professional, answered all my questioned and provided the assistance that I required. I was exporting the vehicle to Canada, the process, while straight forward, requires multiple documents and attention to detail is required. Josh made the experience painless and helped immensely when I ran into a problem at the border. Without Josh's help and his dedication to customer satisfaction the operation would not be possible. Joshua was great and got us to the price we wanted on a 2010 Sienna. Also threw in a set of floor mats for free basically because we asked if the vehicle still had any. Very friendly and the financing rep was able to get us a better deal than USAA. Wife loves the vehicle and we were impressed with the overall state of the dealership. More
