My mom & I were traveling back to Texas from Minnesota when my car broke down in Tulsa on a Saturday. I called the Jim Norton Dealership and spoke with the service manager, Bob Hallam, who list Minnesota when my car broke down in Tulsa on a Saturday. I explained to him that I understand that the service department would be closed on Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day weekend), but that I only left enough food out for my animals to survive until Sunday. He said he understood and would do everything he could to get my car repaired that day. I had it towed in from the hotel that morning and he had it examined- it turned out to be the water pump. They had the part in stock and he had it fixed that same afternoon!!! I will never forget what Bob did for me and my family. It was a blessing!
