My mom & I were traveling back to Texas from Minnesota when my car broke down in Tulsa on a Saturday. I called the Jim Norton Dealership and spoke with the service manager, Bob Hallam, who list Minnesota when my car broke down in Tulsa on a Saturday. I called the Jim Norton Dealership and spoke with the service manager, Bob Hallam, who listened to my ordeal. I explained to him that I understand that the service department would be closed on Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day weekend), but that I only left enough food out for my animals to survive until Sunday. He said he understood and would do everything he could to get my car repaired that day. I had it towed in from the hotel that morning and he had it examined- it turned out to be the water pump. They had the part in stock and he had it fixed that same afternoon!!! I will never forget what Bob did for me and my family. It was a blessing! If you live in Tulsa, or if your car breaks down in Tulsa, I highly recommend this dealership for your Toyota. Cheri Teague More
We were in the market to trade our 2012 Toyota Highlander for a 2013 Toyota Rav4. After a disappointing experience at our local Toyota dealership we drove to Tulsa's Jim Norton Toyota. Upon arrival, JP greeted us with a friendly smile and enthusiasm reflecting his commitment to the dealership and also to customers searching for the vehicle to best meet their needs. We explained our experience, described what we were looking for and JP went straight to work on making the sale happen. While waiting we were given the opportunity to enjoy the amenities available for customers to make their time at Jim Norton, whether there for parts, sales, or service, more comfortable. JP took the time to visit with us and connect not only on a professional level but a personal level as well. This connection is valuable because it implies that we are not only important from the standpoint of sales but as a valued customer that will hopefully return for future service and purchases. Our time with JP and our experience with this dealership made such an impression that will will now consider ourselves loyal customers of Jim Norton Toyota. We recently purchased a new 2013 Toyota Sienna from Jim Norton. Derek Brown and Robert Blocker helped us purchase our vehicle. Derek was very helpful, and worked hard to meet us on our schedule. My wife and I are very detailed oriented, Derek had no problem exercising patience & thoughtfully answering or finding the answer to all of our questions. We started in used cars but couldn't find a used car that met our needs at the price we wanted to pay. We were very glad we could continue working with Derek and Robert on the new car side. We were very satisfied with Derek's help. Robert was always around to help us if Derek was ever unavailable, and we were equally satisfied with Robert's assistance. Robert negotiated with us on the final price, and was kind and reasonable throughout the process. We are bringing our van in next week for service.
