Yesterday we were not supposed to be buying a car, but life happens and we found ourselves looking for a car that would fit within our budget and still be reliable. About 2 years ago we had purchased a new Camry and had an excellent experience with Jonathan Reimbold. Because of this, after visiting other dealerships because our trade in was a Hyundai and thought we would get more trade in value if we traded at a Hyundai Dealership, we ended up back at Jim Norton Toyota. We will not make the mistake of going anywhere else again. As always we walked in and were welcomed instantly and were told that Jonathan Reimbold was now the Manager of Pre-Owned. Jonathan was awesome and welcomed us and we talked and he set us up with an excellent sales consultant, Joshua Casey. Joshua was just the type of sales person we needed to work with that night. He was knowledgeable and tried to find the car that would best suit what we were looking for. He was patient and took the time to listen and really understand what we needed. He was very helpful with looking at the different used cars available, and was not high pressure at all and truly was just there to help us find what we needed. He found us a car that met all the stipulations we had laid out. Him and Jonathan made us a fair deal and we decided to go ahead and purchase the car that night. Both Jonathan and Joshua sayed around until after we had finished all the paperwork, which was around 11 pm, and then Joshua helped moved all the personal items from the old car into the Scion we had just purchased. Throughout the whole process Joshua was the man! Jonathan, not to be left out, is also the man! Our Business Manager was Rod Rayl, and he was very easy to work with. He explained everything, talked through all the options and listened to what we needed and what we wanted and then did his best to make that all happen. We got a fair deal and we left that night feeling really good about our purchase. Rod was very helpful and really paid attention and listened to what we needed. The whole experience was extremely positive and we will be back when we need another car. Thank you for all your hard work and staying so late with us so that the deal could be finalized that night. We really appreciated it. Jim Norton Toyota's focus and dedication to excellent customer service will keep us coming back again and again. Check out Jim Norton (Lawton or Tulsa) and ask for Samuel before going to the OKC or Dallas. Samuel, our sales agent, was amazing. We actually had gone in for an oil change for our 2007 Prius. He was very respectful when he asked us if we had considered trading it in. I told him, I'd thought about it, and he asked what we were interested in. I told him another Prius. He asked what options we liked. After about 15 minutes he had three cars to show me, one of which was perfect, and he was able to work with the finance people to get the price and payment what we desired. They even paid Tags and Tax, and we still got a remarkable deal (I've checked it out on Truecar.com and carious other sites). We purchased our first Prius from Bob Howard in the City, and although it was a great car, I was disappointed in the service. Everything at Jim Norton has gone smoothly -they're even tinting the windows for me :) More

My wife and I were driving our final three vehicles which dealerships were within walking distance of each other. It was a cold rainy May weeknight but JP met us as we walked up to Norton Toyota and then he dealerships were within walking distance of each other. It was a cold rainy May weeknight but JP met us as we walked up to Norton Toyota and then he told us to wait under cover as he retrieved the car we wanted to test drive. We told JP we would be buying a car Monday of Memorial Day weekend so he didn't seem surprised when I called him on his cell phone at 8:15 Monday. When we arrived JP had the car we test drove parked in front of the dealership but we had changed our mind on interior color JP didn't flinch he just retrieved all of the keys to the cars that fit the bill. We quickly decided that the black Highlander with tan interior was the one we wanted. Once we agreed on a purchase price JP passed us to Brian Smith to handle the financing. JP, Brian and Norton made this my best car buying experience ever. We will be telling our friends to ask for JP. More
On June 1, 2013, I went to Jim Norton Toyota and met Jake Davidson then asked him to see a 2012 Camry, which I had seen on the JN Toyota website. He wrote down the Stock number and found the car has already been sold. Jake asked what I was looking for in a Camry and I mentioned I wanted to see a Camry XLE with leather seats. I test drove a 2011 with less than 12,000 miles for $26,000 and it handled well. When we got back to the dealership, I asked him if I could look at a new Camry because I wanted to compare the price of a new car vs the 2011. We walked over to the new car lot and Jake passed along my requests (XLE, leather seats, and V6) to the office. Next thing I know, a 2013 Barcelona Red Camry XLE V6 was rolled out and Jake was going over the features available on the car. We went for a test drive and as I turned onto the Creek Turnpike from Memorial, I could feel the power of the V6. During the test drive, I asked Jake what one of the buttons to the left of the steering wheel was and he opened up the glove box then started searching for the button icon. He said it had to do with traction control in case of slippery conditions (i.e. snow or muddy situations). I know I will be reviewing the car operating manual for the new few months learning what all the buttons do but if I was impressed, Jake took the time to check the operating manual himself in order to answer my question. When we got back to the dealership, Jake asked what I thought of the car and I said "It's beautiful", which in my mind I knew I was going to buy the Camry. I just gave away my pokeface. He brought back the numbers for the Camry plus what JN Toyota would give me for my trade in and asked me if it was something I would be interested (buying the Camry). When I saw the final price of the vehicle, I said "Yes". When I arrived that morning at the JN Toyota dealership, I was planning on buying a used Camry since it was in my price range but with Jake Davidson and the Toyota Financing dept help, they were able to put a new 2013 Camry XLE V6 in my grasp and I took it. In addition, I am glad to be a returning JN Toyota customer because I will know my Camry will be taken care of during my routine maintenance check ups. Thank you, Felipe Moran More
Derek was friendly, helpful and considerate. We were there with our two young children late into the evening and Derek went above and beyond to help get our kids some dinner and accomadate us. Jim Norton is lucky to have Derek, we could've purchased the same car for a bit less at a competing dealer, but we both felt Derek was honest and fair, so we bought from him. Derek holds a trait that is becoming unfortunately rare in the car industry... integrity. More
My husband & I were looking into getting a Toyota Hybrid Camry, and we returned to Jim Norton to see what they had to offer since we had purchased both my husband's Tundra and my Rav4 there. JP gree Hybrid Camry, and we returned to Jim Norton to see what they had to offer since we had purchased both my husband's Tundra and my Rav4 there. JP greeted us with a great smile and a firm handshake, and after we told him what we were interested in, he went straight to work for US! He listened to our requests for options and color selection, and took our Rav4 to be evaluated for trade-in. He came back from the "back lot" with a gorgeous Hybrid Camry XLE. He told us about the features of the car, answered all of our questions regarding the Hybrid system, and then we went on the test drive. JP was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, and when I asked questions about other Hybrid brands, he was knowledgeable about those as well! He knew all the systems in the car, showed us all kinds of neat features, and did so with a great sense of humor!! When we didn't have enough time to deal with Finance that day, JP gave us his contact info, and then let us go (so nice not to be followed/hounded out the door like some other dealerships have done). When we came back in 5 days later, JP was once again warm and friendly. He was genuinely happy to see us, and it showed!! We went over a few details, and he had us meet with Zack in the Finance area. While we secured the financing, JP was working on a surprise for us...we were shocked to see a new 39" LED flat screen TV waiting next to a smiling JP when we were finished!!! He offered us a detailing as soon as we could bring the car in, as it was late and there were no detailers there. He finished up his great service by connecting my phone to the Bluetooth on the car, and walking me through how to use it (and I am not very tech savvy)!! He followed up with a phone call to make sure we were enjoying the car, and making sure we didn't have any problems/questions. I really hope that JP is still at Jim Norton the next time we have a need to go vehicle shopping...He is, by far, one of the best car salespeople we have ever dealt with....Thanks JP! See you in 3 years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first) :) More
