We were greeted on arrival and quickly knew we were in the right place. We were offered comfortable seating and waiting mere moments until we were shaking hands with Richard. He was a friend from the start. Just truly a nice guy. He quickly took us to the car and I fell in love with it on first sight. He was very informative on the test drive, explaining all the features and taking care to answer all of our questions. We were then taken back to the dealership to see "Shaggy". He explained all of the paperwork and worked with Nick Jones to arrive at a payment plan we could easily work with. Nick definitely went the "extra mile", as did "Shaggy", in getting our payments right where we needed them to be. We also were able to purchase warranty, which gives us insurance against major repair costs. Richard, Shaggy and Nick were a team of friends who worked with us to make this purchase pain free. We originally stopped at the dealership on a cold, rainy evening to peak at Toyota 4-Runner. JP stood in the rain and took the time to show us all of the features of the vehicle and treated us as a valued customer. We never felt any pressure to buy and he gave us the space to talk privately about the potential purchase. After test driving and researching other makes and models at many different dealers, we returned about 2 weeks later to look at a Sequoia. JP immediately remembered us from the prior visit. He was very knowledgeable of the features on the Toyota Sequoia, as he was any of the other vehicles we discussed. He was very patient and took all of the time necessary to answer questions and take multiple test drives of the vehicle, always leaving us with the assurance the next step was our decision. We definitely took note of his customer service and friendliness, which was greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend JP to friends, family or anyone looking to buy a Toyota. More

After literally being run off last week for not having an appointment, I returned today with an appointment to have a one year old car serviced. I have found that the sales people say one thing and then when you buy the car, the service people say something different and there are conditions. Service is average at best. More

We are loving the car and I recommend the Toyota brand to all. However the Finance Rep was pushy wanting us to go through Toyota Financing. We already told him we are going through our own Credit Union. The first offer was acceptable, it is a service you provide and you offering it. However the additional pushes were off-putting to say the least. The Car is my Wife's and she said that she didn't want to hear it but he continued on making us sit through a long presentation on top of calling her "Crazy" for "not wanting to save money" through their program. During the presentation I looked into reviews of the service on my smartphone and the reviews, which only strengthened my feeling on not wanting to go with the financial services. If I were buying for myself that experience in the finance office alone would have made me walk out and not buy. More

Lee helped me understand subtle nuances and value built in between other vehicles I was considering. Ford F-150 among them. Lee had a "no push" attitude, and allowed me time to look, ask questions, and arrive at my own conclusion that the Tundra had all the features I wanted. Including better quality, inherent to Toyota, and I was able to work out the financing that made sense to me and more importantly, to my wife!
