A few weeks ago, I would have told anyone that asked that I absolutely hated everything involved about buying a new car. Then I had the good fortune to meet J.P. Barjon and Don Ward at Jim Norton Toyota...an I absolutely hated everything involved about buying a new car. Then I had the good fortune to meet J.P. Barjon and Don Ward at Jim Norton Toyota...and I have now changed my mind. I was never pressured into making any decision, which is a first in my car-buying experiences. Both JP and Don are friendly and very easy to talk with. Genuinely and respectfully friendly, nothing like the smarmy, I'm-your-buddy-and-here's-a-great-deal-friendly, like the auto sales industry is infamous for. Every one of my questions was important and answered seriously and any concerns I expressed were addressed. I want to make special note of Don's willingness to take care of me on more than one occasion when I showed up at the dealership unscheduled and JP was busy with other customers. Oh, yeah - I also got a very good deal with no hassle. Business Manager Nick Jones handled the paperwork once I had decided to purchase and everything was explained clearly and patiently...no pressure or rush to get through it quickly. Side story: I'm diabetic and the purchase/paperwork process extended well past my normal lunch time (not because of any undue delays in the process, I simply didn't decide to buy until right before lunchtime). While Nick is helping my wife and I navigate through the mountain of papers that is normal with the purchase of any new vehicle, my blood-glucose level plummets because I haven't eaten on time. As a result, I get the "shakes" - so badly that I am unable to sign my name. Nick brings me a bottle of fruit juice and three vending bags of various filled-cracker snacks for me to choose from. Ten minutes after eating them, my shakes are gone. Thank you VERY much for your help and compassion, Nick! I am extremely impressed with everyone I have interacted with at Jim Norton Toyota. My only criticism of Jim Norton Toyota is the dealership web site. It is incredibly frustrating to use this web site to shop for a new vehicle and I could write another 450 words to explain why...But, to be fair, just about EVERY dealership web site (and I visited several dozen leading up to this purchase) is equally terrible. Therefore, I'm not going to ding this dealer in this review just because of the numerous shortcomings of their web site - it seems to be an industry-wide affliction. Summary: Great people, great product and great experience at Jim Norton Toyota. More

I traded in my 2008 Toyota Highlander Limited for a 2013 Toyota Highlander Limited. This is the first time I've traded a car for a newer model as I usually go to a completely different car. Joe Krautheim was the most awesome sales person I've ever dealt with. He was patient, kind, extremely helpful, and I never felt like I was being treated unfairly. As a woman, buying a car can be intimidating, but Joe went above and beyond what I expected. I can't say enough good things about the experience at Jim Norton once I hooked up with Joe. Dealing with a sales person like Joe will keep me a loyal customer of Jim Norton Toyota. When I entered the showroom, I was approached by Michael Hoover. I was immediately comfortable with his friendly and confident manner. It didn't take very long before the depth of knowledge of the cars that he is selling became obvious. He answered my questions thoroughly and occasionally asked me questions when trying to clarify a point. I felt all through the process that Michael was being completely honest with me. This was the friendliest and most helpful dealership that I have ever dealt with, from service to sales and there knowledge of there products.
