The persons we worked with were excellent in explaining the vehicle,and the financing. Both were very friendly and made us feel welcome, offering coffee, water, etc. This was our fifth vehicle to buy fr the vehicle,and the financing. I had a great experience buying my new Camry from Jim Norton. I emailed with Darren for about a week checking on availability and pricing and he was always prompt, but not pushy, in responding. Worked with Brandon Lewis to get a new Avalon Hybrid. Had to "order" from factory. Locked in my trade in for 30 days. Robert Blocker is an outstanding sales associate. I apprciate his help and no pressure attitude. He cares about the customer. I bought my Tundra brand new in 2010 and got the extended warranty and tire warranty. At 41K miles the gave me a brand new set of BF Goodrich tires according to the warranty. My truck was due for the 60K mil warranty and tire warranty. At 41K miles the gave me a brand new set of BF Goodrich tires according to the warranty. My truck was due for the 60K mile check up but I was busy with work and couldn't make it until I had nearly 70K miles. I was absolutely sure that they would tell me my warranty was void because I hadn't kept up with my end of the warranty, but when I brought my truck in for service the told me it would still only cost $350 and they were going to put on another brand new set of tires since my tread was getting low. The service manager was very understanding and really helped me out with no questions asked. I would recommend this dealership for anyone who is considering buying any car, not just a Toyota. I am definitely going to buy my next truck from Jim Norton Toyota of Tulsa. These guys are absolutely amazing! More
