After literally being run off last week for not having an appointment, I returned today with an appointment to have a one year old car serviced. I have found that the sales people say one thing and then when you buy the car, the service people say something different and there are conditions. Service is average at best. More

We are loving the car and I recommend the Toyota brand to all. However the Finance Rep was pushy wanting us to go through Toyota Financing. We already told him we are going through our own Credit Union. The first offer was acceptable, it is a service you provide and you offering it. However the additional pushes were off-putting to say the least. The Car is my Wife's and she said that she didn't want to hear it but he continued on making us sit through a long presentation on top of calling her "Crazy" for "not wanting to save money" through their program. During the presentation I looked into reviews of the service on my smartphone and the reviews, which only strengthened my feeling on not wanting to go with the financial services. If I were buying for myself that experience in the finance office alone would have made me walk out and not buy. More

Lee helped me understand subtle nuances and value built in between other vehicles I was considering. Ford F-150 among them. Lee had a "no push" attitude, and allowed me time to look, ask questions, and arrive at my own conclusion that the Tundra had all the features I wanted. Including better quality, inherent to Toyota, and I was able to work out the financing that made sense to me and more importantly, to my wife! Starting about a month and a half ago, My mother and I had been visiting several toyota dealerships around Tulsa, Northwest Arkansas and Kansas City. She went into your dealership to obtain some information about toyota mini vans and BRIEFLY talked to JP and then she left the dealership. Well, a month and a half later, she and I walk into the dealsership and ask for JP. He came right out and remembered exactly who she was and what type of mini van she had asked for information about. That was impressive. I can honestly tell you that JP Barjon was the most professional, courteous, patient and all around best sales person we had dealt with! We were not pressured into buying a car that was not for her, whether it be for comfort or color. We also dealt with Steve Powers and Mike David in the finance department. They all three took time out to explain the pricing and cost and features and benefits to my mother which we thought was EXTREMELY important. They were all patient and kind to her and she really appredciated the time and attention they paid when discussing the vehicle and other important information to her. They were all outstanding and are excellent representatives of the dealership and I would highly recommend JP and the guys on the finance team to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
At 60 years old I have purchased many vehicles and was dreading the anticipated pain of replacing my 2004 4runner. I have always found it an abusive process filled with dishonesty. When I first emailed Darren Playford I was pleasantly surprised at his straightforward style. He always answered directly and honestly. Since I live 300 miles round trip from the dealership my trade had to be described over the phone. Darren took me at my word and we worked out a deal. My trade was everything I described plus more. From the moment I arrived at the dealership we were treated like guests at a good hotel. Darren first showed us our new truck. Wow - it was much more than the photos showed. Every little request we had was instantly addressed. Darren then introduced us to Zach for financing. again we were treated like family by this most pleasant young man. The deal I presented over the internet was exactly what I received in the contract. There was not one single surprise. While I know I could have received more for my trade by selling it myself, I decided that the sales tax benefit of a trade made up for the convenience of trading it in. If I were to coach both of these young men about how to make the experience any better I would not be able to come up with any advice. The deal was exactly what we had agreed on. There was trust shown by them. They have excellent manners and the dealership was beautiful. After a lifetime of buying vehicles this is the first time I have enjoyed the experience. We have purchased several new cars from Jim Norton, and, at least two from Richard Haase. Richard is very professional, tried very hard to find the car and features we wanted, which he did. He is not pushy, but very patient and tries to answer all our questions. Even after the sale, he is available to answer questions and help in whatever way he can. We would buy a car from him in the future. However, the financial consultant is another story. We did not need financing, nor were we interested in leasing or other options he offered. We tried to tell him this, but he would not listen--continued with his spiel, which was very lengthy. In the future if we have to go through the financial scenario again, we will walk away. Why doesn't Jim Norton have a waiver that can be signed by the customer to avoid this unpleasant experience? We are senior adults and don't always want or need the options offered. If it wasn't for the financial meeting, Jim Norton would get a 5-star rating from us. More

During our car buying experience we never felt pressured in buying a certain car. Mike made sure that we considered all our options in order to find "our" car (Toyota Prius). He was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions in regards to this car since we had never owned a Hybrid car. When we picked up our car, the Prius was in perfect (clean) condition and ready for us to drive home. We would definitely recommend him (and this dealership) if you are looking in buying a new car. Dustin Mosely, Richard Hasse, and Shaggy, the finance officer, were all amazing. From start to finish they treated me like I was the only customer of the day. I purchased my first car in 2006 and came back because of the phenomenal service and treatment. My '06 Camry got traded in on a new Scion. . . not because it didn't run....it did...with 160,000 miles on it! It ran like a top. Tires, oil, brakes, and battery changes....the only things that I had done to it and it didn't need anything else. Can say enough about Toyota. Serviced it at Jim Norton and they treated me with respect and kindness and understood my budgeting. Buying the Scion was a step up for more "hauling" room. Dustin worked with me getting the most for my trade in, and did his best to make the entire process as painless as possible. Dustin turned me over to Shaggy ( and I wish I could remember his name for sure...I think it is Sean Walsh,lol, but I'm not sure). Shaggy laughed and teased me and made the filling out of the financial papers a snap. He placed options up and didn't pressure me into anything. He even called in another manager to see if there was any better financing available that he was missing. I felt like they were working to give me the best deal possible and I truly feel like I DID get the best deal possible! I got a Scion XB and am in love. Richard Hasse stayed with me until after closing to make sure i felt comfortable driving away in my car...he didn't rush me, didn't make me feel rushed. I drove away feeling like I knew my car.
