I went in today to the sales department and he was the first one to acknowledge me. He was very nice and helpful. I actually needed help with something in my car. We were greeted on arrival and quickly knew we were in the right place. We were offered comfortable seating and waiting mere moments until we were shaking hands with Richard. He was very informative on the test drive, explaining all the features and taking care to answer all of our questions. We were then taken back to the dealership to see "Shaggy". He explained all of the paperwork and worked with Nick Jones to arrive at a payment plan we could easily work with. JP stood in the rain and took the time to show us all of the features of the vehicle and treated us as a valued customer. After test driving and researching other makes and models at many different dealers, we returned about 2 weeks later to look at a Sequoia. JP immediately remembered us from the prior visit. He was very knowledgeable of the features on the Toyota Sequoia, as he was any of the other vehicles we discussed.
