I have always purchased my vehicles from Jim Norton. This was my 6th car purchase from this location and there is a reason, first of all you can't beat Toyota quality and this locations customer service This was my 6th car purchase from this location and there is a reason, first of all you can't beat Toyota quality and this locations customer service and service department. Robert Blocker who assisted us with our purchase was very laid back, not forceful and easy to work with and was very willing to help us, we really enjoyed working with him and will purchase from him in the future. Joshua Casey in finance did a great job in getting us financed as quickly as possible and was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership, they will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied in all areas of owning a new car. More

One of the guys was pre-occupied with his cell phone and the other mislead me on what came with the vehicle ie: key pods, and lacked knowledge of the vehicle. But all in all, I was pleased with the purchas the other mislead me on what came with the vehicle ie: key pods, and lacked knowledge of the vehicle. But all in all, I was pleased with the purchase. PS: after purchasing the vehicle. Two days later I go through the owners manual to find a copy of repair done at Jim Norton Collision Center. It would appear the vehicle had a little over 6000.00 dollars done to it and this wasn't on the Car Fax that you supplied. Not to happy about that. K.L. Keith More
We recently purchase the new 2014 highlander from Jim Norton Tulsa. All price negotiations were done over the phone. Jerry was great with us and he didnt haggle us. Forest Wilson was just a pleasure to Norton Tulsa. All price negotiations were done over the phone. Jerry was great with us and he didnt haggle us. Forest Wilson was just a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgable and he listened to us. He easily set up up with a loaner car with no issues. Thanks Forest for everything. Have previously bought 2 new cars in the last 10 years but by far Forest was the best car sales person we have encountered. Zach was really patient even though he was working way past his shift and helped us zip through our paperwork on a really busy night. They are a great team there. Patel More
I had bought the tundra back in July and had jim norton install a leveling/lift kit threw there dealership. I now live in Texas and while driving home from work my power steering pump failed with 33000 mil install a leveling/lift kit threw there dealership. I now live in Texas and while driving home from work my power steering pump failed with 33000 miles on truck. Toyota is not covering the repair due to leveling/lift blaming the failure on a product they installed. At time of purchase I bought a extended warranty also and it will not cover the factory steering pump that failed with 33000 miles. The cost of repair is 3800 dollars and Toyota will not fix even though it's under warranty. Toyota pickups have had issues with there steering pumps failing prematurely yet they will find any reason not to cover there parts.. I'm wanting to let people know this so u don't make the same mistake I made by believing that toyota is a reliable and well built truck.. The staff while trying to resolve this issue has been in helpful and at times rude. Saying they will not warranty this and intern have left me stranded.... I'm trading the tundra in as soon as it's fixed and also my wife's toyota because i bet they will find a way not to warranty there products. Jim Norton ripped me off and left me stranded by getting me talked in to purchasing a extended warranty that covers nothing... I will never own a toyota again.. Thank you jim norton for ripping me off and making sure I get stuck with the repair bill..... I paid extra to have jim norton install the leveling/lift and they assured me it would not void my warranty.... 3800 dollars out of my pocket with two warranties and neither will cover the repair.... To begin with, the Jim Norton Toyota facility is outstanding, a very inviting, comfortable atmosphere. My wife and I visited the facility about a week ago and were interested in trading our 2010 4 outstanding, a very inviting, comfortable atmosphere. My wife and I visited the facility about a week ago and were interested in trading our 2010 4Runner for the new 2014 Highlander. We purchased our 4Runner from Jim Norton 4 years ago and had been very satisfied with the vehicle and the service at Jim Norton, but were ready for a new look. Dustin Moseley and Jerry Hoyt did an great job of explaining the features of the new Highlander and made us a very satisfactory deal with our trade-in. Nick Jones handled the business portion of the purchase and did a great job as well. I would highly recommend all three individuals, all very personable and professional. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. More
My husband and I went in to look at used cars, but quickly changed our minds when we started looking at the new ones. We had a fantastic salesman who was interested in our needs and price range. He al quickly changed our minds when we started looking at the new ones. We had a fantastic salesman who was interested in our needs and price range. He allowed us freedom to look and drive at our own pace. He was very knowlegeable about all the cars and their systems. I would recommend Joel Andreasen to any of my personal friends. I know that he would have their best interest in mind, more so than the interest of the dealership. He knows the functions of all the features, the different motors and how they perform, the real life application for a family, and he has a personal desire to put you in a vehicle that fits you and your lifestyle: keeping in mind your budget. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly. They make me feel very comfortable about buying a car, which is always intimidating. This is the fourth car purchase I have been involved in at the dealership me feel very comfortable about buying a car, which is always intimidating. Tim made our visit very enjoyable. The whole process was easy and relaxed. We purchased a 2014 FJ cruiser and we enjoy this vehicle very much. Nick was also very supportive in financing the vehicle. Went to various Toyota dealers, and had a good experience with Josh Bushyhead at Fowler Toyota, but for personal reasons chose to buy a second Tundra from Jim Norton instead. Part of the reason I decided on with Josh Bushyhead at Fowler Toyota, but for personal reasons chose to buy a second Tundra from Jim Norton instead. Part of the reason I decided on Jim Norton this second time was the effectiveness with which the salesman (Don Ward) and the finance guy (Hans Hulsman) were able to work together to get me the truck I wanted at the price I needed. This combination of the sales person and the finance guy is one of the uncovered and overlooked dynamics of whether a car deal works out for the customer, or becomes a traumatic bait and switch ordeal. Trust me, I know all about that experience.. Don was willing to sell me what I wanted, but Hans was able to order creatively the product at the cheapest price possible, and not confuse me with tactics. It was fast, effective, and they spoke to me like I was an adult. The monthly payment ended up far smaller than at two other dealers, and it included more upgrade options. I have learned that the finance people are not usually there representing the customer. And the finance people are sometimes not even on the same team as the sales person. I've had some unbelievable experiences in that regard. But Hans and Don both come from a dealership where they had negative experiences, but are now both working at Jim Norton Toyota. They trust each other, and they do things simple and straightforward. Don, my salesman is an older gentlemen. My fishing buddy told me he has known Don nearly forty years since college, right here in Oklahoma. I don't know anything about Hans except that Don worked with him before and trusts him. And that I watched him price me and order things in the most knowledgable and creative way to save me money. I really appreciate when someone more competent than I am at something, uses that gifting to help me rather than work me. I definitely know the difference. These people are no longer my sales people. They are my friends. Jim Norto Toyota, Don Ward and Hans Hulsman. For now, they are the only folks I need to talk to unless Rob Latham wants to get involved. Another good guy. Hank Bailey - Tulsa More
