Kenny Owen introduced me to his team and they took care of me from the time I drove onto the lot to the fabulous moment when I left in my new car! I got to Jim Norton around noon and they had a big free barbecue and a ton of goodies in the lounge (which I learned is always there and available to customers). They called to let me know about this pretty early on - which was tremendously helpful as car dealerships are high on the list of places where 4-year-olds have meltdowns (second only to malls) - and my 4-year-old was hungry and tired. I went in with a very long list of must-have's but no specific idea of which car I wanted. Kyle Kroetzer, my sales associate, was so patient and helpful. He asked just the right questions to lead me to the car I ultimately bought and now love (the 2014 Avalon hybrid)! Josh Lucas, my business manager, and Kenny Owen worked together quickly and efficiently - they treated me so fairly and I walked away feeling like I got a great price for a car that I loved!! And the more I drive it the more I love it! Thanks guys!!! More
2014 Toyota Highlander Limited This was my first experience with Norton Toyota, but it will not be my last! Robert Blocker e-mailed my right after I finished an AARP car buying que This was my first experience with Norton Toyota, but it will not be my last! Robert Blocker e-mailed my right after I finished an AARP car buying questionnaire. Other dealers contacted me, but Robert was the only one who seemed to understand that I knew what I wanted. He could not find the color & options that I wanted in the five state area so he e-mailed a list of options, color, etc & after I told him exactly what I wanted, he ordered me one from the factory. It ended up taking longer than what he thought to get it to Tulsa, but he was e-mailing, calling me, keeping me in the loop. On the day I was to pick my vehicle up, it was pouring. Robert was undaunted by the weather & got me fixed up in spite of what was going on outside. I was given a good trade-in for my 2011 Highlander. Robert then gave me to Zack Pinney who was wonderful in showing me all the different options I had available for financing, even though I was using my credit union. Both of these men were extremely professional, yet I felt I had known them for some time. Robert showed me how to operate the many features of my new Highlander especially since I do not use a lot of the new technology that is available for me. It has been a long time since I left a car dealership feeling that I had just gone through the ringer because of all the hassles. This experience was hassle free for me. I traveled 2 hours to deal with people I had only talked to on the phone or through e-mails. I definitely recommend Norton Toyota to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle in a friendly, hassle-free atmosphere with professional people. More

We purchased a 2014 Corolla on May 28th, making it the fourth vehicle we have bought from Jim Norton. Every buying experience meets and exceeds our expectations! Dealing with Richard Haase & Kenny Owen on the purchase was very good. Also working with Zach Pinney on the final paperwork was also a very good experience. He took the time to explain all options available to us, finding what fit our needs, without any pressure. Another thing that keeps us coming back to Jim Norton is the service department.
