Colten Barnaby was totally transparent with us and we shared the same belief which was a good start to our eventual purchase. When I told him what I wanted, I was very excited to find out Jim Norton had one on the north 40 lot, or whatever that huge area is known by! Drove it up to us and it was the perfect match. The negotion from start to finish lasted about 10 minutes, thanks Jerry Hoyt!!! Just wanted to let you all know that our neighbors from Ramona was there at the same type so the Jim Norton reputation is known in our area- Washington County. The dealership closer to our home does not have any customer loyalty as I recently had a very unpleasant experience with them trying to get my 84 year old Mom's car serviced. Toyota national in an email to me stated that they would most definately be contacting me regarding the recall issue for her car. Really? I am still waiting from early January calls made to them. Why they are being allowed to build that new building and dissapoint even more customers requires some careful examination from the national Toyota office. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Sequoia from Jim Norton Toyota. Colton Barnaby was the salesman. He did a great job and was very knowledgable about the vehicle. I knew my credit score was not perfect as I was carrying credit card debt, but he was able to secure top tier rates and the process was very smooth. Mike David the finance director popped in a couple of times and was helpful and friendly as well. The whole experience was fairly quick and I never felt pressured.
