Best experience buying a new car I have brought many new cars over the years and my experience with Joel Andreasen was the best. He caught us looking at a car I had looked at the day I have brought many new cars over the years and my experience with Joel Andreasen was the best. He caught us looking at a car I had looked at the day before but I had not had all my questions answered. Joel was extremely knowledgeable and spent the time with us until we felt comfortable enough to purchase the Rav4. He worked with us on the price. When the car came in he spent the time with us to make sure we understood the different features and hooked up my phone. After I had driven the car for a few days he called to see if we had any questions and let me know that if I did have any further questions just to call him. It's always fun to get a new car but even better when you feel like you got a good deal and were treated fairly. I will be recommending Mr. Andreasen to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

This is my 4th new Toyota Tundra purchased form Jim Norton Toyota in Tulsa, OK. This year I tried to talk to another Toyota dealer and was very unhappy with the deal offered. Than I went back to Jim No Norton Toyota in Tulsa, OK. This year I tried to talk to another Toyota dealer and was very unhappy with the deal offered. Than I went back to Jim Norton and was very happy with the deal offered and with my monthly payments. The staff at Jim Norton were all very friendly and had that understanding of what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. With this understanding it made it easy to deal with the sales person (JC) and the financial person (Tony). I would highly recommend Jim Norton to my friend who were looking to trade and proudly show off my new 1726 Toyota Tundra to them. Thanks for dealing with me and will see you next time I need a new A truck. More

leasing of new prius I gave the personnel interaction top-notch ratings but I did have one problem with the lease. My husband and I never intended to lease but a rebate was given that was great. However, we had to pay a $650.00 Acquisition Fee that was not explained well at all. We noticed it on our paperwork after we left the dealership. The fee was only on leases, not on purchases. We were told that it was not imposed by the local dealership but by the Toyota company. After inquiring about this fee, we were not happy about the explanation of why it was added. It seems an exorbitant fee that cannot be explained. Sounds like its just a fee to "ACQUIRE OUR $ 650.00 " ! TOYOTA-You are a good company. Why do you have to fleece your good customers? More

I was in the process of moving to colorado looking purchase my wife a new 4 runner. Jim norton seemed to have the best prices at the time is the only reason i chose to purchase there. Overall the ex purchase my wife a new 4 runner. Jim norton seemed to have the best prices at the time is the only reason i chose to purchase there. Overall the experience was ok. I didn't feel like they had a very strong financial department. They ran the wrong credit report to begin with, informing me i had been declined by two financial groups which was not the case. Obviously it was a mistake. Then there was a misunderstanding as to the time of pickup for the vehicle. I had told them my wife should be there to pickup the vehicle around 2pm, but was not informed that appointments were needed to complete the financial paperwork. When my wife arrived around 5 to pickup the vehicle (live in stillwater fyi) the sales associates were less than friendly to her. It wasn't her fault simple misunderstanding but pretty unprofessional on thier part. Lets just say for thier sake i'm glad i live in colorado and was not there at the time. All in all we like the vehicle but i would have expected better customer service putting 20k down and having a high credit score. I negotiated 38k out the door over the phone and when i was mailed the documents to sign see they tacked on 349.00 in dealership fees. In the fine print it reads oral agreements are not binding. What happened to the day when you could take a man at his word. Guess that's the world we live in. More
