We were at the dealership for five to six hours and left driving a red 2014 Corola. We love the car, and our buying experience at Jim Norton Toyota. The all out effort of our Sales Consultant made it possible. The Business Manager Kord Padilla was also great. Kord was friendly courteous and went into great detail to ensure that we understood the various financing and warranty options. He was certainly another plus in our buying experience. When we reached out to Jim Norton Toyota over their website about a car they had on their lot, we received an email from Justin Mayer. We began working with Justin on the vehicle they had on hand; however, after working through available options and the bottom line, we ended up "special ordering" our new vehicle. Justin made the experience easy with zero pressure. Justin communicated with us on the status of our vehicle, and it actually arrived earlier than expected! My biggest compliment to Justin, is his patience and kindness, with a new vehicle are all new electronic gadgets, settings, configurations, etc that can become overwhelming; however Justin went through each and every feature and helped us program all personal settings possible. We truly appreciate the time he spent with us and his mild-manner and super chill way of handling us through the car buying process - which can be stressful to a couple that only buy new cars every 12 years, we are out of practice on the wheeling and dealing, but Justin was great and we highly recommend him and the Jim Norton dealership. At the suggestion of my husband (who has had great experiences with Toyota and more specifically Jim Norton Toyota) I decided to just look there. I found the dealership to be a pleasure to be in and the people to be extremely helpful. I decided to think about it over last weekend. Monday I drove the beautiful white Camry home and have had not one moment of regret! Great dealership! Great car! More
Will Rabe took the time, on a busy Saturday, to show us a Toyota Sienna. We were looking for a white van and the dealership didn't have one. Even though he knew we weren't going to purchase from him, he pulled a silver Sienna up front for us to look at and test drive. After shopping several different dealerships, we decided that we liked the dark gray interior in the silver, when compared to the tan interior in the white. Will has an easy going personality and great people skills. My husband and I felt comfortable and relaxed with him. Because he went out of his way and after dealing with some very high pressure salesmen, we came back Monday and bought the silver Sienna. If Will hadn't shown us the silver, we would have bought a white van somewhere else. Will's extra effort helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. He called several days later to see if we were happy. And, he made sure we got a $50 gift card that we had forgotten all about. Jim Norton Toyota was the friendliest dealership we talked with and the sales staff didn't pressure us. More
