I spent a lot of time working with Tony Rodriguez answering all of my questions and concerns on a new truck. He was very customer focus and made sure I was the one happy with my requests and answers. I then took some time to review another dealership who had the truck colors/options I was looking for at the time. I just didnt get the same customer feel that I felt at JIm Norton and my brother-in-law reached out to Joel Andreasen for some advise and I ended up working with Joel on buying my first Toyota Tundra. The whole buying process was relaxed and non agressive at JiM Norton the finance guy Zach Pinney was awesome, explained all details and made the whole buying experience GREAT. He was not pushy, and he answered all my questions- needless to say, I left with my new Avalon October 7th... and I love it!
