When we arrived in town to pick the Highlander up she greeted us on arrival and made sure we were taken care of through out the process. Colton and Josh are Amazing! My husband and I do not like to be pushed or pressured! Colten greeted me 2 months ago and listened when I said, "I am not ready yet." Yesterday when we decided it was time, I paid another visit. A team member greeted me with a smile and asked if it was my first time. When I replied no, she asked if there was someone who had helped me before. I love team work. I love integrity. Because I had forgotten his name, she did a quick look up and Colten appeared with a smile. He remembered my visit and after a test drive I made a deposit. Today, I came back with my husband and after time with Josh, another amazing employee, I drove off with my new Corolla! Josh and Colten are great and I like the environment at Jim Norton Toyota Tulsa. We loved the whole service experience there and purchased all the other contracts offered.
