Love the service department and waiting area is very comfortable . Dealership will work with you if an issue might arise in the future. He was very professional and made the experience better. Joel was great, keeping me informed along the way as to when my car would arrive. I actually got the feeling that he cared. That does not happen much these days. and Randy, well what can I say?? he was awesome. He drew the short straw and was the one that had to ride with me on the test drive (hee hee). He was a jokester and had the best personality. He delivered my car to me with knowledge and ease. I knew what all the buttons did and where they were by the time he was done. I would recommend Jim Norton Toyota to anyone and specifically Joel, Randy and Brian. PS - I love my RAV4,, just sayin! More

Very upfront about the price and by Monday evening I was the new owner of a snazzy 2015 Highlander that I'm enjoying very much. I also enjoyed the experience with Nick Jones as we finished the purchase purchase. He worked to get us in our new car as quickly as possible with a minimum of hassle. More
This is my second RAV4 from Jim Norton Totota. My 08 RAV4 was totalled and I went back to Jim Norton for replacement. Kyle Krotzer was awesome. You did not have any new 2014 RAV4s on th Totota. You did not have any new 2014 RAV4s on the lot and he was able to find one in Oklahoma City and get it up here for me. I love my new car. When I went to pick it up he spent time showing me how to use the phone and other options that were new to me since my last purchase in 2008. I would definitely recommend Jim Norton Toyota to friends. More
Don't need it? Don't buy it. I thought I needed brakes and had told Adam that. Upon further investigation it was found that at this particular time I do not. He came to me and t I thought I needed brakes and had told Adam that. Upon further investigation it was found that at this particular time I do not. He came to me and told me that it was unneeded at this time and that Toyota will not replace or sell something that I don't need until it is time to do so. I felt really good at that point. I thought, "You're looking out for me!". Thanks I need that! More

A really great experience at Jim Norton Toyota. I contacted Jim Norton Toyota via internet on a Sunday afternoon and very quickly got a response from Tom Hector by email. I made a phone appt to meet I contacted Jim Norton Toyota via internet on a Sunday afternoon and very quickly got a response from Tom Hector by email. I made a phone appt to meet with him the next day and told him what I was looking for. I had never owned a Toyota before. I met him the next day . He had picked out a toyota camry for me to drive and had it all ready for me. I took it for a drive and liked the car a lot. Tom had put the seat in a good position for me and it was very comfortable in the car. While driving he explained a lot of things about toyota and the service options and showed me where the service dept. was. He was very helpful and I did not feel any sales pressure. I decide to pursue getting a car and met with Brian Smith, Finance mgr, who ws also very helpful and professional and explained the choices well. I am 88 years old and appreciated the helpful and professional service of these two men and am now driving my first Toyota Camry. More
