I brought it in once bef I just wanted to email you about Adam Bryan. I brought my 2013 Toyota Tacoma (also bought from JN) in for an alignment issue. I brought it in once before and was told you guys could do nothing for it. Adam took it in and informed me it was unsafe to drive and that he would set me up with a car till it was fixed. My whole front end had to be adjusted. Once it was repaired he drove it himself to insure it was fixed correctly. Then he drove it with me to make sure I thought it was fixed correctly. I have never worked with a service manager like that before. A few days ago he emailed me to see if it was still performing well. I'm sure this was a follow up he did on his own and not a requirement. I will recommend anyone I know needing service or a new vehicle to Jim Norton because of Adam. More

A nightmare made better by Jim Norton Toyota! The Jim Norton Toyota service center performed in an extraordinary way when my brand new Toyota Camry broke down (not the car's fault, as it turned ou The Jim Norton Toyota service center performed in an extraordinary way when my brand new Toyota Camry broke down (not the car's fault, as it turned out!). When I began to experience electrical problems, they scheduled my service quickly and efficiently, But when I called back later that day because the car wouldn't start, they quickly connected me with Toyota Care and arranged for me to deliver the car to them that same night, instead of at my service appointment 3 days later. It took so long for the roadside service provider to get the car started that I arrived at Jim Norton minutes after they were scheduled to close. But I phoned them in transit and told them I was on the way, so the Service Center and the Tyson Hoyt in the rental car department both stayed open to receive my car and provide a loaner car for me to drive. Zac Perry did a super job of checking me in and Tyson was friendly and expeditious in providing an excellent Corolla as a loaner. As the service center diagnosed the problem with my Camry, Kaylee James kept me informed every step of the way. The good news is that the problem was not Toyota's fault but the result of a rodent that had chewed through several wires. Kaylee was very sympathetic and walked me through all the processes of repair and remediation. When I picked up the car, the repairs cost $150 less than their estimate. Every aspect of the service was perfect, well beyond expectations. I would recommend Jim Norton Toyota's Service Center to one and all. More

I needed something with some hauling capability, So I decided that a Tundra was the way to go. More

Wilford Friday Jr, respectably goes by "Friday" was not the typical salesman. He didn't talk non stop or throw facts at me that I did not care to know or was not ready to adsorb. In fact, I literally drove my Toyota Venza two miles down memorial and decided that I was ready to do some paperwork with absolutely no pressure. My boyfriend and I never had to ask him "to give us a moment" aka let us talk privately. He just naturally let us be customers and gave us some time. I intended on test driving this vehicle and waiting until February to purchase. So, because we were very bad closing time conscious customers Friday ended up staying two and half hours past closing without a sign of aggravation or impatience. He even met My boyfriend at the dealership on his day off to retrieve something I left in my trade in. Our finance representative, Mr Brain Smith was equally helpful, friendly, and willing to stay late as well as keep in contact with me the following day about my loan on HIS day off! I was very impressed by this pair at Jim Norton. It was much different at other Toyota deals around town where I was not comfortable or was not given much privacy to make a decision. I will be calling Jim Norton tomorrow and bragging about this customer service! If you're in the market for a Toyota I suggest the above mentioned pair and Jim Norton. Happy buying! More

Met Robert first and he makes you feel at ease. My wife said they were genuine. No pressure. We just needed to define what we would get with different trim packages. Robert was great with answering all of the questions and getting the vehicle we wanted. He introduced us to the service dept. and what we could expect from them. Nick was a delight to work with on financing. He made it easy to give up all of our money. We could not have asked for more in our experience in buying a new vehicle. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Jim Norton Toyota. Excellent group of folks to work with. More
