I have a 2008 FJ Cruiser, I just wanted to take a moment and say thanks to Jim Nortan Toyota, and to 2 special guys that made our experience AWESOME. I have a 2008 FJ Cruiser, but my husband had recently had an accident in his 2002 Toyota Tacoma, and was looking to replace it with a different vehicle. in Dec 2013 he purchased a 2005 Toyota Tundra, but after driving it several months, it was just more vehicle than he needed. We shopped around in Bartlesville, which is much closer to home,,,but after no satisfying customer service, we once again headed to Jim Nortan. There we were blessed with an awesome saleman Mr Bill Watkins, and he was absolutely wonderful. We negoiated a price quickly, and was sent to the next step of our journey to Mr Sean "Shaggy" Walsh. Once again he was awesome, got us taken care of very quickly and professional. It was just an awesome experience all the way around, and we appreciate both of these men very much. Thank you guys for making my husband a very happy excited man, appreciate you both very much! More

Horrible Service Looking to buy a new 2014 Toyota Camry. Went online and got a deal thru TrueCars.com and call the person I was supposed to call which is Laura Morse, Looking to buy a new 2014 Toyota Camry. Went online and got a deal thru TrueCars.com and call the person I was supposed to call which is Laura Morse, left a message but never got a call back. Call Robert Blocker who's a sales consultant told him what car I want and how much. He said he'll have to talk to a Manager and call me back. Waited forever and never got a call back. Disappointed. Ended up calling Bob Howard Toyota in OKC and got a great deal. More
Great Event My husband e-mailed Jim Norton Toyota stating what our plans were and what we wanted in a new 2014 Tacoma. We had requested an appointment on Saturda My husband e-mailed Jim Norton Toyota stating what our plans were and what we wanted in a new 2014 Tacoma. We had requested an appointment on Saturday the day after we had our truck serviced. I had taken the truck in on Friday at Jim Norton Toyota for its normal oil change and tire rotation and requested a resale and trade-in value of our Tacoma. Here is were it gets good. I met Brandon Lewis a member of the sales team. We visited about our upcoming appointment on Saturday and what our possibilities would be. Brandon was very helpful and provided me printed documents both Tacoma and Tundra to provide my husband along with the dollar amount of our trade-in. Saturday thanks to Brandon knowledge of the Toyota's Tacoma and Tundra we successfully purchase a 2014 Tundra which is what my husband really wanted. All this happened pretty quickly and we are very happy to be the proud new owners of a 2014 Barcelona Red Tundra 4x4. I would recommend Brandon to anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota. More

From the time we picked out the model, to the time I drove it off the lot, my transaction was handled in a timely and professional manner. This was our 5th auto purchased at Jim Norton Toyota, our 2nd purchase with Kevin as our sales person. Kevin took the time to go over everything I needed to know about my new 4Runner and was very patient, again respecting my wishes on my time constraints. My “visit” to the Business Office went very quick and smooth, I even got a new recipe for homemade salsa from Tony my finance manager!
