Bryan Burdette was personable and explained the problem and solution very well. We were pleased to get a recall item done also and in a very short amount of time. This recall item was something that, according to our local dealership back home, was going to take the better part of a day and no loaner vehicle would be provided. Jim Norton Toyota saved us a day! What price can you put on that? The waiting area was comfortable and the cafe was wonderful with complimentary beverages and cookies. If you're going to encounter vehicle trouble on the road, you're in for a pleasant experience at Jim Norton Toyota! We are still pretty amazed at how well everything turned out. The highlander was always our 1st choice, but JN's advertised prices were above what we found in Dallas, or even OKC, we were a bit put off. We don't really the 'game' of car buying. That all said, it didn't take long to push thru those details and reach a deal we could all be happy with. The sales manager Jeff Yates worked with our salesman, Kevin Metzinger to earn our business. They treated us with the respect we expected. We had other options, but Jeff definitely helped sway our decision. More

Well on Friday I went to pick up my vehicle and I go to drive off and my truck has the gas light on because there is no gas. I had to stop and get some gas. Then sunday i get in the vehicle to go to church and the check engine light and 4 other warning light comes on. Now I have to take time out of my day to go drop the vehicle. This is not the first time this has happened. More
