I shopped online for about two months before i found Dr.Todd Roberts at Jim Norton Toyota in OK.I told Todd that he had a TSS Tacoma that i had been l I shopped online for about two months before i found Dr.Todd Roberts at Jim Norton Toyota in OK.I told Todd that he had a TSS Tacoma that i had been looking for,i also told him that there were four others for sale that matched what he had, and were a lot closer.I told him the truck had to be exactly as listed,PERFECT ! Todd sent me pictures on his phone,inside and out,and assured me the truck was just as he represented it.Todd then gave me a great price,and said that he would pick me up from the airport,and that everything would be ready for me when i arrive.He said all i would have to do is drive the truck,sign the papers and out the door.I could not believe it.That is just what happened.I have purchased over twenty five vehicles in my day, and have never had a better all around experience. I called him about two months later a ask i he could get me a TSS sticker at dealer cost because i think mine had a factory flaw.My obsessive compulsive disorder kicking in,Todd sent me one FREE ! More important, he not only rapidly countered a lower competing offer, but convincingly explained why Norton was a better overall deal (not simply cost). Darren was very upfront and presented the exact out-the-door price he quoted me. I kept looking for all the typical add-ons but they were not there. Next went to Zach in finance, and I thought, okay here it comes. Again pleasantly surprised, as Zach was professional and not pushy. Amazingly, the cost remained the same I had been quoted and we were done in ~15min. Zach also did a good job explaining the service options available at Norton, and while I typically avoid the dealership for routine maintenance, given my experience during the purchase I am actually planning on using you guys for this vehicle. Would definitely recommend Jim Norton Toyota to anyone looking for a new car. More
