The RAV4 and the Tacoma are exactly what we wanted. The options on the vehicles were according to what we had asked for, with no surprises. The salesman helped us obtain the vehicles we wanted and with no hassle. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. The Finance Representative was very efficient and we were done and out of there in short order. No pressure selling of anything by either of these two reps. We have never owned a Toyota before and we expect to be a satisfied Toyota owner for quite a long time. More

Worst experience from beginning to end. Even when I pulled up no one greeted me and when I let the manage had to get my car for me. And no car was. More

As there was only the one hybrid on the lot, ultimately we are going with a different vehicle elsewhere but Marc deserves credit for the time he spent with us and the follow up calls he made to check in on is. Richard was great in making the deal and Sean in finance was "settled" in not trying to sell me what I didn't need on the extra warranty stuff.
