New Car Sales I purchased two new vehicles (Toyota Sienna and Toyota Highlander in May 2013 and last week I purchased two New 2015 Toyota Corolla Cars and traded in I purchased two new vehicles (Toyota Sienna and Toyota Highlander in May 2013 and last week I purchased two New 2015 Toyota Corolla Cars and traded in one vehicle (Toyota Highlander). The sales person was very helpful and tried to help me with trade in but when I was in the finance, I learned that the price they raised for Highlander was not calculated as it was shown on the document and ended to accrue the remaining price of the Highlander on my new purchase. Other than that people in Finance department were extremely helpful from boss down to the person who completed the paperwork with me. In the Sales Department Mr. Brandon and his Boss Mr. Kenny Owen were extremely helpful to present the product and completing the sales process. In the Finance Department Mr. Joel Anderson and his Boss (The Gentleman from out of town) were extremely positive and helpful to complete the finance process. More

Grate hospitality and care I felt look like I'm at the 5 stars hotel. Very big discount and grate service after sale, even after work hours still continuing them service as a customer what else do you want. Excellence is the standard at Jim Norton Toyota I bought a new 2001 Echo and a new 2014 Corolla from Jim Norton and I have only used them to service the vehicles. In the last 15 year I have been no I bought a new 2001 Echo and a new 2014 Corolla from Jim Norton and I have only used them to service the vehicles. In the last 15 year I have been nothing but pleased with the quality of the services. The staff are always very pleasant, professional and explain the services thoroughly. I have never had either vehicle break down on the road because of their preventative maintenance. The lounge area is kept very clean, has abundant comfortable seating and offers free coffee, water and cookies. More
