I went to another dealership and the exact same thing happened to me so I came to realize this issue is a industry wide problem and not in any way inherent to Jim Norton. the next day I get a call from JN saying they found a white 4runner for me and would honor the same price we had agreed on earlier (the other dealership said they wouldn't have what I was looking for for another 8 weeks!) needless to say I was ecstatic and would recommend Jim Norton to anyone. More

Great Experience From Start to Finish! I purchased my last Pre-Owned Vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota last year so it was an easy decision to repeat. I had previously owned a Camry and wanted I purchased my last Pre-Owned Vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota last year so it was an easy decision to repeat. I had previously owned a Camry and wanted another one. I contacted Todd Roberts (TCUV Sales Consultant) through Randy Hill and asked him about any possible rebates/deals on Camry's. Not only did Todd and Randy find the one I was looking for, they found three. I traded my Ford Taurus in and Todd introduced to Kyle Collins (Business Manager) in Finance. Kyle ran my credit and carefully explained each and every financing option and additional warranty add-ons. All three of these gentlemen were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer every question I threw at them. Todd was even so kind to stay until 10:45 pm to carefully explain every pretentious option on my new car, including dinner reservations from the console. I have never been happier with the purchase of a car, I am loving my new 2015 Candy-Apple Red Camry. The sales team blew me away by offering me an even amount for my trade, monthly lease payments I could afford even WITH Gap Insurance, and even holding my TTL check until my next payday! Can't thank Kirsten and Nick enough for the wonderful service. So happy to be back in a reliable car, and can't argue with 2 years of Toyota Care included! More
