Just looking at the right time turned into just buying My wife and I had just visited another dealership hoping to take a look at an Armada they had listed. It was in the shop; so, they were going to call My wife and I had just visited another dealership hoping to take a look at an Armada they had listed. It was in the shop; so, they were going to call us when it was available. We decided to visit a row of dealerships and look at their used SUVs in the mean time. We told one salesman we were just looking before moving on to the next lot. When we got to Jim Norton Toyota, Todd Roberts came over and asked if he could help. I decided to tell him our price range and what we were looking for. He looked at his sheet and said he had an older Sequoia with 84K miles on it they just received. We were very interested as nothing we have looked at has been close to that low of mileage. It was nearly aesthetically pristine, drove great, had a superb CarFax. On to the sale. Painless. Quick. Win-Win. There was negotiation but no need for much of it as we were paying cash and they made us happy quickly. Joel Andreasen in the finance department was super amicable and not pushy at all. We are big Dave Ramsey fans, and I let him know that early. He presented his spiel on warranties but graciously took "No" for an answer. You can tell the staff gets along and are more than just co-workers. Everyone was upbeat and friendly. We don't buy cars often, but I will definitely give them a look to see what they have next time and recommend friends and family to them. More
