Awful does not begin to describe the way this dealership operates, or how they treat people who spend an insane amount of money for a vehicle. My vehicle lasted 9,000 miles. 9,000. Not because of lack of maintenance, not because of lack of care, but due to a design flaw in the engine that allows coolant to penetrate the cylinder. Terrible customer service, terrible salesmen who don’t know ANYTHING about the used cars they’re selling, and their service department told us “well we don’t know how to work on fords” Then they lied to the better business bureau saying they did an “investigation” thought you all didn’t know anything about Fords???? Shady. Unethical and one VERY expensive lesson learned. Won’t even give me the refund for my WARRANTY that did not cover me, which Ford is completely baffled by. Mind you it’s the same warranty they stuck in a stack of papers and when questioned was told “it’s a requirement for the credit union to have gap and a warranty” then lied to the BBB and told them I bought it on my own free will. After we went to leave the dealership because we were being screwed around on our payments and interest, they said oh no wait! Brought us the warranty, Gap and credit app. I have never in my 12 years of purchasing cars, ever opted to buy an extended warranty, because case in point, they are garbage and only a way for Jim Norton to make more money. I will preach about how awful this dealership is, until the end of days. Pathetic excuse for customer service, and an even more pathetic way to treat customers who purchased TWO VEHICLES FROM THEM IN ONE DAY. More
I honestly never in a million years would have thought I would get a car like Jim Norton fought to put me in. Everybody there treated me with respect and kindness.
