Best experience by far!!! We had a car totaled out last week, and we needed to get into another work car quickly. We bought our Prius at another dealership, but were going to use Jim Norton this time. And what drew us in was the service department. They have been nothing but the best to us each time the Prius came in for routine maintenance. We were like if they are that nice and helpful, what is the sales staff going to be like? So we decided to go thru Jim Norton to get a new Prius. We had questions about whether we could do this since credit would not show that car was totaled out. We were sent to Kord Padilla, and he was kind enough to explain the gap situation with the old car, described how process would work with getting into another car, and pointed us in the right direction. We had told him that we were very busy and had a certain way we had to do this and communicate and he pointed us to Wilford Friday. Mr. Friday was very understanding in knowing that we could only communicate thru text since we were both working. He was very kind, very helpful, and went out of his way to help us get into a new car. He never mislead us nor did he play the salesman game after we explained exactly what we wanted. He is the best salesman we have dealt with yet. Once the numbers were ready, he sent us back over to Mr. Padilla. He worked the numbers and again, went out of his way (did a couple xtra things he did not have to do) to really help us out. Numerous times he talked about ethics and doing what was right for the family buying the new car. He was so positive and sincere, that goose bumps came from a couple things that were being said. He too knew where we wanted to be with the numbers and he made it happen. These two gentlemen made the whole experience a piece of cake. It was soooo easy and sooo stress free. We needed that due to everything we were going through with the dealing with the totaled out car. We love Toyota, and we have found our forever dealership. We will be selfish, and hope and pray that Mr. Padilla and Mr. Friday will be around for all of our future car transactions. :) More

I had been stressing about how I was going to fit a baby in the car! I had it in my head that I would just suffer through it. I had an appointment with Jim Norton Toyota to get my oil change. While I was there I decided to say hello to Tyler Kiesau. He is my go to guy for anything car related. I just asked him a few questions just for my curiosity. He helped me out greatly! Why suffer when I didnt have to? He showed me some roomy cars and let me test them out. I found one I liked and he started the process all stress free to me. Of course it was a huge decision to get out of a car I loved and into a "mommy ride". It was for the better and I dont feel like I had to down grade. He is absolutely amazing. I didnt feel the least bit stressed or nervous. He did great explaining every thing to me in a way I could understand. Looking for a different vehicle? Ask Tyler! I also had the pleasure of working with Matthew Mitchell in financing. I really liked that he took his time and treated me like a human instead of rushing me through like cattle. He also did a great job to explain everything to me. He let me pick some music to listen too while he worked on the computer which really helped calm my nerves! Great experience. More

Making it worth the wait We picked out a recent trade in on Saturday of a holiday weekend. The vehicle hadn't been thru service or detail shop yet by the time we worked up a d We picked out a recent trade in on Saturday of a holiday weekend. The vehicle hadn't been thru service or detail shop yet by the time we worked up a deal. The shop was closed on Sunday and Monday for the holiday -backed up on Tuesday and finally went into for servoxe and detail on Wednesday. Got to pick up the truck wednesday evening. While dissappointing that it took so long, Todd was great to work with and kept me updated thru calls and text messages along the way. Appreciate the communication amd a great place to do business with. Very plesent expereince. Great with the kids thru the process as well! More
